- Ali Hassan al-Majid has been executed in Iraq
25 January 2010:
-
Ali Hassan al-Majid,better known as Chemical Ali has been executed. He wanted to die and could not wait to be executed. After his wife and daughter were brutally raped and murdered in Syria his only desire was to die. It is no victory for anyone least of all the Iraqi Government and I can confirm that it was his own volition to be executed refusing the aid of the US Military who would have maintained him in Camp Cropper. He certainly played little part in gassing anyone according to the evidence and his title was made up by a frenzied media that had little else to do but create false accusations. It is a day of shame upon the UK/US and worse still for a morally bankrupt Iraqi Government.

'Noisy sex' woman spared prison
-
A woman who breached an Asbo banning her from having noisy sex has been given a suspended prison sentence.
-
Caroline and Steve Cartwright's "unnatural" love-making prompted complaints from neighbours, a postman and a woman taking her child to school.
-
The 48-year-old, from Washington on Wearside, had earlier pleaded guilty to three counts of breaching the Asbo.
-
At Newcastle Crown Court, she was given eight weeks suspended for 12 months and a 12-month supervision order.
-
During a previous hearing, next door neighbour Rachel O'Connor told the court she was frequently late for work because she overslept having been kept awake most of the night.
-
She said: "The noise sounds like they are both in considerable pain. I cannot describe the noise. I have never ever heard anything like it."
-
In December, Cartwright, of Hall Road, lost an appeal against the Asbo and an earlier noise abatement order.
-
Passing sentence, Judge Beatrice Bolton said: "I've heard a very short extract of the noise you make and can well see that your neighbours would be upset and distressed by this.
-
"The difficulty here is that the first occurrence was the day following the order. Then three days later you breached it again.
-
"In addition it's quite clear from the small extract I heard that you made no attempt to silence yourself."
-
Ms Bolton warned Cartwright that if she committed further offences of the same nature, she would be sent to prison.

GIOVANNI DI STEFANO: " Some time ago when Prescott was Deputy Prime Minister I uncovered a plan proposed by Prescott compelling, YES COMPELLING, every adult in the UK between 18 and 65 to WALK, yes WALK, a mile a day. I further uncovered a plan whilst Gordon Brown was Chancellor to tax how many windows each house had....if my history tells me right window tax was first introduced under the Act of Making Good the Deficiency of the Clipped Money in 1696 under King William III and caused some riots and opposition to income tax which in fact was delayed for the next three hundred years...now in 2010 a coupled can no longer make love, have sex, shag, fuck, copulate, engage in sexual intercourse call it what you want without fear of the State intervening? Gosh at this rate relationships can fail because there are always three in each relationship, the male the female and the State! A woman makes noises whilst having sexual intercourse in a consensual manner, being natural and without 'acting as some women and men do' and they are punished for their natural behaviour?
-
Art.5(1) of the ECHR says that: "Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person." Liberty OF PERSON that means not just won't be jailed but a liberty of yourself including the right to make love, sex providing it is consensual in whatever damned manner one feels and if one moans, groans, shouts at the pinnacle of orgasm them the State can F off and not interfere.
-
ARTICLE 8 says
-
" 1. Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
-
2. There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as is in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, public safety or the economic well-being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others. "
-
Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life and that includes NOISY SEX if that is what is natural to a person. You see if you prosecute noisy sex then why not sex that is dull, motionless, without noise? That may equally be annoying as loud sex.
-
I am afraid that with this kind of interference into everyday life the State in the UK is slowly slowly taking over, inch by inch, into governing the everyday lives of its citizens.
-
As for the Cartwrights if they contact me I will take their case to the ECHR free in the hope that private freedoms can be protected instead of being eroded one by one by this dictatorial State known the UK.
- TARIQ AZIZ SERIOUSLY ILL
- 17 January 2010:
-
Further to my diary entry yesterday Mr Aziz is quite ill in hospital and may have had an ictus but I truly hope he will be OK. He remains in hospital but unable to communicate. I will ask the Iraqi Government and the US to allow him to leave for Jordan on a compassionate basis.
- Ali Hassan al-Majid new death sentence
17 January 2010:
-
As expected another death sentence for 'Chemical Ali' in yet another wholly absurd and bias trial. One other was sentenced to death and 8 others received prison sentences. It is the fourth sentence of death imposed upon Mr Ali Hassan al-Majid who said after the sentence "thanks be to God" since in any case it is his wish to die. Frankly, as the trial was biased and unfair the result was the same and inevitable.
- TOP SECRET US DOCUMENT RE TARIQ AZIZ
- 16 January 2010:
-
If one looks at the letter it goes to show how the US policy was pro-Iraq even to the extent of granting credits to the country to acquire the very 'so called' weapons that would become the 'so called' reason to attack Iraq a few years later!
-
No wonder the US keep my client Tariq Aziz safe and with them. For my purposes I am truly obliged as he is safe in US custody but the reasons are political and for US Security not his.
-
The truth of course will come out in years to come but by that time it will be too late.

- TOP SECRET US DOCUMENT PART 1 RE TARIQ AZIZ
16 January 2010:
- TARIQ AZIZ TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
15 January 2010:
-
Tariq Aziz was today admitted to US Military hospital Balad on an emergency basis. He has not been feeling well of late and early this morning the decision was taken to transfer him from Camp Cropper to Balad. I will be making an urgent application that I sincerely hope will bring him closer to freedom.
- IRAQ:SECURITY CHECKPOINT
15 January 2010:
-
This is how it looks at each and every security checkpoint. There are hundred in and around Baghdad now mostly manned by Iraqi police but fighting a loosing battle. In the mid 1970 during the problems with the Baeder-Meinhoff gang Germany had security checkpoints all over each main German city that crippled industry. It does not work but there is nothing else. This is Iraq today. It was NEVER like this and its why 80% want Saddam Hussein back.
- IRAQ:MORE BOMBS (2)

15 January 2010:

This is how it looks just after a bomb blast....not a nice sight for sore eyes but its how it is. Every frigging day a bomb goes off in Iraq.....and this is what Blair and Bush came to Iraq for????
- JOHN GOTTI Jr WILL NOT FACE FIFTH TRIAL
14 January 2010:
-
Prosecutors in New York have given up their case against John Gotti Junior, the son of the city's most powerful modern gangster.
-
In the course of five years, juries in four trials failed to reach a verdict against John Gotti on charges of murder and racketeering.
-
Justice officials said they would not seek a fifth trial.
-
---------------------------------------------
-
GIOVANNI DI STEFANO: " It was silly to even hold a third or fourth trial. Maybe, just maybe, one can understand a re-trial but it is wholly silly to keep holding trial after trial after trial. Eventually, if you keep landing punches on Mike Tyson he will go down. It is the same on multiple re-trials. Eventually a jury will convict. In this case thank God that the fourth jury would not listen to the rubbish evidence. John Jr departed from what could be termed 'crime' in the mid 1990's. He will have his bail returned of $2m and I wish him and his family well. The Prosecution in the US have made a wise decision. In England some years back Omar Benguit was convicted of a murder he DID NOT COMMIT at the third trial. Totally absurd and that man languishes in jail serving life for a murder he certainly did not, could never have committed yet the Court of Appeal ruled that three trials was not unfair. Rubbish! For John Gotti Jr he can now live his life. A nice man as was also his father and forget all the crap about the allegations of murder etc...yes John Gotti was a hard man and made hard decisions but he lived in a hard world where men had to be made of steel and doors of wood not vice-versa.I wish the whole Gotti family well.
- MURDER OF JANICE WESTON-HELP NEEDED
10 January 2010:
-
On the 7 May 2006 Iwrote on my diary the following appeal:
-
Janice came into affluence from the day she was born. She attended Manchester University. From there, she went to work as a lawyer with London, England's acclaimed Herbert Oppenheimer, Nathan & Vandyk firm. There she met both her lovers: Her future husband, Tony Weston, a property developer, a year her senior and Heinz Isner, 40 years her senior, chairman of the Mettoy Company that manufactured the children's Corgi toy cars. Janice was Mettoy's legal advisor. (It must be noted when Janice first met Tony Weston, he was married with two children.)
-
In 1975, Isner's wife died. He soon took up with Janice, inviting her to the theater, ballet and his Chelsea flat. Apparently he had even proposed to her, but Janice declined. They continued to see each other until Isner died in July 1977. Through his will she received paintings, furniture, shares and money totaling £140,000.
-
Five years later, in 1982, she married Tony Weston, at age 35 (by this time, he was divorced). They bought a country mansion in Northamptonshire, which they converted into apartments, taking one for themselves. Thirty-nine days after her wedding, she made out her will. Her estate was valued at £300,000. £100,000 was to go to her sister; £10,000 to her mother, the income of the rest was to go to Tony. The capital after her death was to be shared between her two stepchildren and her nieces and nephews.
-
On the weekend she died, September 10 and 11, 1983, Tony was away on business in France. Janice was at home, working. At 5 p.m. on Saturday, the 10th, a colleague noticed her at the office. She was still there when he left a short while later. Sometime in the evening, she returned to her flat where she had a snack. Uncharacteristically, she didn't clean up after the meal. When she left -- which seemed to be in a hurry -- she didn't take her purse, but did take her wallet containing £37.
-
The weather was not pleasant that night and, again, we don't know why she went out or where she was going. Her body was discovered Sunday, September 11 at 9 a.m. by a cyclist. She had been thrown into a ditch along the A1. The body was badly beaten, especially on the back of the head. It was later determined she had been killed by a car jack found in a nearby field.
-
When the workaholic Janice failed to appear at work Monday, colleagues called her sister who contacted police. It was she who identified the body as Janice Weston. Tony returned from France later that same day. Within 24 hours, a policeman spotted Janice's car, an Alfa Romeo, parked in Camden Square, London, three miles from her apartment. The interior was smeared with blood, but contained no fingerprints.
-
An owner of a car-spares shop in Royston, Hertfordshire, called police with the news that he had bought spare car plates from a man 25-35 years of age. The plates belonged to Janice Weston. However, no one has ever found the man. The morning she died Janice had picked up a spare tire that had just been repaired. Before leaving for France, Tony had had a puncture. The newly repaired tire went into the boot of Janice's car; the old spare was on her rear wheel. When police found the car, the newly repaired tire was back on the car and the spare was missing. Six witnesses had seen a man changing her tire the night she died.
-
Tony was held and questioned in December 1983. After 55 hours of police questioning his lawyers went to the High Court where they obtained an order for his release. He was eventually cleared of any wrongdoing. Isner's step-granddaughter was also questioned, but she had an alibi that checked out. An inquest was held in April 1984 which resulted in an unlawful killing verdict. The murderer of lawyer Janice Weston has never been identified or apprehended.
-
Its now 23 years on and noone has really taken the matter further. If anyone knows anything, remembers the incident, was one of the witnesses that saw a man change her tyre, was the man that changed her tyre, or knows anything no matter how remote, knows Tony Weston or his wherabouts now: please call or e mail me: gds1955@tiscali.it

- Iraq bid to prosecute Tony Blair

-
A bid to prosecute Tony Blair over the invasion of Iraq is being studied by legal experts.
-
The office of Attorney General Baroness Scotland says a "response" will be made over an attempt to bring a criminal case against the former Premier.
-
Lawyers for Saddam Hussein's former deputy Tariq Aziz are pursuing legal action against Mr Blair, claiming that waging war was "illegal".
-
Giovanni Di Stefano, acting for Aziz - serving 15 years at Camp Cropper in Iraq for crimes against humanity - said: "We want Mr Blair to answer to the law and not to an inquiry that means nothing.
-
"This was a serious error of judgment which has cost many thousands of lives, including British ones."
