"In reference to the matter that came before The Chief Justice Murray today involving Patrick Holland I wish to make it crystal clear that I have not been sought by Patrick Holland to act for him in an Irish Court.
"If, as and when that position changes I am well aware of the regulatory requirements and will be only too pleased to comply. I have been asked only to advise Mr Holland on a specific matter involving, not his current conviction, but one that occured in 1987 and the Explosive Substance Act 1883.
"The Chief Justice, questioning why a matter of mention on a case management day should even attract the attention of such an illustrious learned justice, would be best advised to decide on the substantive issue which has clear implications involving many that have been convicted under an 1883 English Statute as opposed to concentrating on side issues that are frankly irrelevant.
"Mr Holland acats in pro per, has filed a notice in pro per, and it is, with the greatest respect to the Chief Justice, no concern of His Lordship whom Mr Holland seeks advise and I confirm I am not the only person whom Mr Holland has sought and obtained advice.
"This shows exactly what I have stated in open correspondence to The Chief Justice that there remains a clear conspiracy to convict and retain in custody as long as possible known citizens of Ireland including but not limited to Patrick Holland and the actions which attracted the intervention of The Chief Justice do nothing to dissuade me from these views. I intend to publicly expose such shortly."
