US sold Usama Bin Laden Stinger missiles

Roma/London, 11 January 2008: A document shown by Giovanni Di Stefano shows that the US Government sold to Bin Laden missiles.

Speaking from Iraq, Giovanni Di Stefano, said "I was aware that the US used Mr Bin Laden during the Russo-Afghan war because I have a copy of his passport when he went to Belgrade to buy arms using US Money but this has come as somewhat of a shock even to the well informed me."

The whereabouts of Bin Laden have always been questioned and whether or not the US have actually any intention of capturing him. Di Stefano said: "If Bin Laden is captured that is the end of Al Qaeda and the US cannot have that because then their war on terrorism comes to an end." Di Stefano refused to speculate on whether or not there were any further documents regarding Bin laden which would highlight his whereabouts and whether the US Intelligence Services know.
